Pacific Trader – Class-Certified Steel works
The Pacific Trader sailed after spending six days at the GSRJ Shipyard as planned. We renewed the ballast tank shell plating and replaced the flat bar on the cargo hold hatch coamings, with welding between mild steel and stainless steel.
Busy Times at GSRJ Shipyard.
An impressive sight in the Harbour of Kingston: we are proud of our team, which is currently working on three different types of vessels at the same time! The Seaboard Sun, a roro vessel, has been in the dock for maintenance and repairs. Alongside, afloat repairs are being performed on the ISE Princess, a tanker vessel, and the Seaboard Explorer, a container vessel. The Seaboard Sun has just left our dock, and we are welcoming our new customer, the Seaways 20.
